lucky-luc, there is nothing really wrong with your image exposure. However, when shooting a scene with a very visible horizon like the body of water in your photograps, make sure the horizon is perfectly "horizontal". You can do that in post processing. Some software are even available for free on the internet.
I took the liberty to post process your image with what I think is a little more pleasing to my eyes. I cropped out the branches on the top left of the image. Of course this is subjective and you or other people might see it differently. I thought the clouds were a little washed out so I took some white out in Lightroom. I used a little sharpening and darkened the blue sky.

Agreed with you about the washout cloud, but most people seem to like better that way , the crop is cutting away of what is my main subject, the tree and it's reflexion. And thanks about the horizon, how could I missed that...
