I have a Macbook Pro (retina, 13-inch) 3ghz i7 with OS X 10.10.3 with the latest Theta app (version1.10.2) and firmware on the camera. I cannot convert videos using the Ricoh Theta app. Each time I get an error message that says Failed to convert video(VCPE0000001, VCP).
I called support and they said all support is online. Does Ricoh support this camera at all?
Anyone have a fix for this?

Have you tried to use Image Capture in order to extract the videos from the camera? this should lead to a mp4 working file instead of a not working m4v file when using the photos app.
RICOH could fix this issue adding support for processing M4V videos in their app.
